1. Provider

2. The service
HoneyBeediary.com · Honey Bee Diary is a web and mobile app for keeping a beekeeping diary: apiaries, hives, inspections, treatments, queens, harvests, finances, stock, tasks and reports. The mobile app also works without signal and syncs when a connection is available.
3. Account
By signing up you accept these terms. You provide accurate information, keep your password safe and are responsible for actions in your account. The account is personal and may not be passed on to others.
4. Price
Prices are shown on honeybeediary.com. During the free period the service is free of charge. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before billing starts and what it will cost; if you do not agree, you can export your data and delete your account before then at no cost.
5. Your data
The data you enter remains yours. You can export it (PDF, CSV) and delete it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorised access to other users' data or the system, disrupt the service (e.g. with mass automated requests), or enter unlawful content or other people's personal data without authorisation.
7. Official records
The app helps you keep records (e.g. of veterinary medicine use), but you remain responsible for their accuracy and timeliness under the rules that apply to you. Check the data before submitting it to an authority.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption and make daily backups, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits consumers' statutory rights.
9. Ending use
You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may block an account that breaches these terms; where possible, we will warn you first.
10. Changes to the terms
We will inform you of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
11. Governing law
Croatian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Split, except where a consumer may by law bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
